He has over 20 years of experience with industrial equipment, operational technology and cloud solutions in the manufacturing and automation marketplace.  Neal is responsible for driving corporate strategy for Factory of the Future, Industrial IoT and Digital Twin domains.  Areas of focus include connected operations, intelligent supply chain, work force transformation, workplace health and safety and sustainability initiatives within manufacturing. Neal also engages with global customers to drive digital transformation within their organizations. ​
