Meet the Presenters

Han Tran, FlukeHan Tran
Application Engineer

Han Tran has a master of science in electrical and computer engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology. She worked for GE from 2005 to 2016. During this time, she worked on complex embedded systems for Bently Nevada’s condition monitoring systems and obtained three patents pertaining to sensors, upgrade conversion systems, and retrofitting of monitoring systems. She also held a role as the Product Technical Owner managing the sustainment of Bently’s 3500 condition monitoring systems. Currently, she is an application engineer for Fluke collaborating with end users to better understand their workflow ultimately uncovering ways to alleviate their pain points.

John BernetJohn Bernet, CMRP
Mechanical Application
  & Product Specialist

John Bernet is a Mechanical Application and Product Specialist for Fluke. Using his 30-plus years of experience in maintenance and operation of nuclear power plants and machinery in other plants, John has worked with customers in all industries implementing reliability programs.

He is a Certified Category II Vibration Analyst with over 20 years of experience diagnosing machine faults, a Thermal/Infrared Thermography Level I certified and a Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP). John served in the U.S. Navy as an electrician for 12 years.
