Achieve Digital Line of Sight and Operational Excellence with Digital Twins
Experience a New Way to Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Maintenance

Consider how do you...

  • Quickly spot and address potential operational problems with peace of mind knowing you are working with good quality data?
  • Understand asset performance and reliability trends at a glance across multiple sites?
  • Easily identify equipment bad actors and mitigate consequences of failure, resolving problems before they happen?

The digital twin is today’s most effective digitalization platform for plant engineering, operations and maintenance to work in an open connected data environment. Understand and model operational and asset performance. Connect data from the engineering, tag registries, reliability strategies, work history, operations logs, devices and sensors on the physical asset, KPI’s and process metrics. Anyone looking at the digital twin can view crucial information about how the physical asset is performing in the real world and the workers can easily see the relationships between data points and quickly gain insights to make informed decisions and enable timely correction to poorly performing assets.

In this webcast, you will learn how the digital DNA of your process plant can be used to enhance reliability, safety, and value. Discover how to:

  • Utilize digital twins for engineering, operations and maintenance
  • Enable visualization and digitalization of maintenance and reliability events and processes
  • Leverage real-time performance metrics and analytics in the context of both graphical and other engineering artifacts
  • Enable team collaboration for making informed decisions based on trusted information.
