Aaron Beazley is an engineering professional with over 25 years’ experience in industrial maintenance and reliability engineering. Beazley has worked in steel and automotive parts manufacturing. He has performed RCM2 analyses and Process and Equipment FMEA’s, coordinated the formation of cross-functional maintenance teams, managed continuous improvement teams, performed failure analyses and equipment upgrades/re-designs, managed two- to three-week shutdowns, and specified various predictive maintenance technology programs in the plants he has worked. For the past 15 years, Beazley has worked in a variety of roles, applying information technology to the data management and decision support challenges faced by maintenance and reliability engineers in steel, mining, power generation/transmission, oil and gas, and petrochemicals industries.

He has a mechanical engineering degree from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Pierre De Wet, vice president of asset performance at Bentley Systems, has more than 25 years’ experience in delivering business outcomes for Bentley clients. He is responsible for the executive management for owner-operators in oil and gas, process and mining industries, and AssetWise software. Prior to serving as vice president, De Wet was the senior director and global practice leader at Bentley, in charge of AssetWise consulting on a global scale. Before its acquisition by Bentley, De Wet worked as vice president of operations, director of operations, and director of project at Enterprise Informatics, Inc. 

De Wet received a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and computer science from University Pretoria, located in Pretoria, South Africa.
