There is an awareness gap between management and maintenance that can result from two factors: (1) management may have limited or no knowledge of the maintenance function and its ability to contribute to the manufacturing process; and (2) maintenance personnel, managers included, can have a limited understanding of the business side of manufacturing.
The result is that management and maintenance often are unsure how they together contribute to the company's success. This webinar examines what can cause this awareness gap, and suggests ways to overcome it.
